When can I expect my order?
Each listing shows the estimated arrival dates. If you need something by a specific time, please contact me regarding this, before placing your order.
Sizing details
Apparel listings have Size Charts in the Listing Photos. You can choose the size you want when placing your order. If you have a question, please contact me.
Do you sell outside the United States?
No, not at this time.
What should I do if my order is damaged in shipping?
Contact me as soon as possible through Etsy Messages.
•You will need to attach good images of the damage to the the product and the shipping materials. Make sure the shipping label is clearly shown, so that I can file a damage claim with USPS.
•I will then proceed to send a replacement.
Do you sell digital downloads ?
No, not at this time.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I do not offer gift wrapping at this time. Orders are carefully packaged and have one of my shop cards included. No packing slip or invoice is enclosed.
What should I do if I don't receive my order?
If your order is not received, within a reasonable time, please contact me through Etsy Messages. Please allow at least 10 days after shipping date.
If the tracking shows it was delivered, but you did not receive, please first check with other members of your household, to see if they may know the whereabouts. Next, please contact your local post office and/or postman to see if they can locate your package. If you have no luck, contact me through Etsy Messages.
If the package is not delivered to you due to an incorrect shipping address on your order, I am not responsible and you will need to place a new order.
